PLANT BASED: Award winning vegan pizzeria will open in Manchester
Manchester will see a brand new vegan pizzeria in the city this May!
Founded by Tim Barclay, Stefania Evangelisti and Filippo Rosato, Purezza first opened its doors in Brighton in 2015, making it the first vegan pizzeria in the UK.
Purezza will now open it's 6th UK location at 75-77 High Street in the Northern Quarter this Summer. It's other locations include Brighton, London and Bristol.
The restaurant holds numerous awards including National Pizza of the year and a leading award at the World Pizza Championships.
Its menu includes: A cheesy meaty nirvana without any cheese or meat! Or the Parmigiana Party which uses aubergine parmigiana and vegan sausages as toppings.
Tim Barclay, co-founder and co-owner of Purezza said: "Manchester has been on our agenda for years now. We've had more requests to open in Manchester than any other city in the UK, and it's truly a pleasure to honour those requests and to finally make it happen. We're really excited about this, and we can't wait to welcome you through our doors."
